We perform a unique land finding solution for self-build and commercial clients that is not widely available in the UK. We cater for self-builders who are time-poor but seeking a plot to develop, and we cater for commercial clients, for example architects and builder developers, seeking small sites to develop but who may not have the resource to employ a full-time search agent.

All too often, the self-builders' first stop is an estate agent and often, after asking after land, we are sure you are met with a blank stare! We know how to find land and where to find it. Both self-builders and commercial clients have their own needs and our service is structured to recognize this.
