1. We're a young forward-thinking business based in the south-east of England with associates in Spain. We have been running now for several years and have sought to carve a niche in various property markets.
2. We are interested in sourcing land and property ranging from Commercial Land in the UK and Spain to Flat-Roof Top Development sites in London.
3. If you want land and property found - we may be able to help. We will want a Finder's Fee (only applicable to UK land and property sourced) but it is not payable unless you acquire whatever we source for you. No purchase - No fee. Simple!
4. With property sourced in Spain there is no Finder's Fee payable. We have a different method of working with our Spanish associates.
